Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's amazing team in Jessup, MD. This is a full-time, onsite position, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and managing the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Additional Details:

Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
